Me as "Coach"

As a professionally trained coach working in association with Kristi Harrison Associates and Highland Fitness clients, I aim to provide a safe space for you to talk and be heard. We need to think about who we are, what motivates us, what our goals are, and what might stand in our way, especially when we want to start something new for ourselves or change a habit/lifestyle. As a coach, I am privileged to partner with you and create a safe environment to learn about what works for you and explore options and possibilities. You are the best person to set goals for yourself and that you can achieve them.

In our coaching sessions, you, the coachee, set the goals, lead the conversation, and determine what "success" looks like. Because each person is unique, each coaching session, goal, and outcome will be unique. It is said that one of the best benefits of coaching is the accountability a dedicated coach provides.

My approach and perspective are the result of who I am and how I want to live my life and my work as: Partner, mother, friend, runner, reader, environmentalist, gardener, swimmer, and lover of doggies, cookies and coffee!
