When we work together, we’ll start wherever you are in your journey to better health, fitness, and wellness. Each person is different, and my approach reflects that.
We discuss your goals and priorities and determine how I can help and guide you. I take a “habits”- based approach to coaching. Your health and fitness routines go beyond gym workouts. We aim to create consistency in the various parts of your individual routine. We add sustainable habits that bring you the results that are important to you so you can live in good health for longer. We can work together in person at Highland Fitness, your place, or online. You can feel better, move better, and look better. It can be life-changing.
